Maffei Andrea, born in 1985 and a native of Gardone Riviera, finally returns home after several years working in various restaurants, starting as a kitchen assistant and ultimately becoming the chef. He has fulfilled his dream as the Patron of Balì, a small gem meticulously designed down to the last detail with his wife. He will always be grateful to his friend and mentor Amedeo Panni for four years
